FLAT BOTTOM SILO

Grain Storage system are no place for
compromise that’s why we use 7.00 cm
corrugation on every side wall sheet.
This corrugation pitch provide more strength
within same thickness and that no matter when
you are storing tons of grain inside the silo.
We use G-330 grade Zn/GI sheet as raw
material which is manufacture by world leader
in steel Industries Tata BlueScope and JSW.

“C”, “Z” and “S” design on rafters and cross supports dramatically
enhance roof load bearing capacity and integrity. Our team insures
quality control, precision and fine production.
Appropriate roof inclination to optimize storage capacity and adapt
to the natural slope of grain. Roof structure are of special corrugation, which provide better strengthen the ceiling in sealing and water proofing.
Roof structures are designed to with stand at 200 km per
hours wind speed. Roof structures are manufactured with
high quality galvanized / ZincAlume coated structural steel.

HOPPER BOTTOM SILO

Hopper Silos are designed to store grains, seeds,
legumes, pellets and other product that required
special storage conditions.
The stored product stays of the ground to prevent
moisture and lower the possibility of breakage.
This type of silos are economical, as no sweeping
machine is required but also simplifies the foundation
work which relatively reduces the product cost.
Our range of Hopper silos are 2.4 m to 13 m.

Cones having ambient slope which is required for proper discharge from silo and to guarantee cleaning afterwards. The silo discharge outlet can be provided between ø150mm to ø1200mm.
The clearance between silo unloading and ground maybe 1 or 1.5 m and can be customized on request.
The SUPPORT STRUCTURES under the silo has a cleverly designed and efficiently compatible “C” element which supports both the
structures as well as the hopper.
